As of February, 2007 a social action arm of Ohr Shalom has been added.  O.S.D.A.C. stands for Ohr Shalom Darfur Awareness Committee.  Their big focus is on the genocide in Darfur.  

Their mission is: to raise awareness in our community of the genocide in Darfur, provide financial support for the Darfurian refugees, and to spur political action from our legislative officials.

Global Days is the first of hopefully many programs that will create awareness in our community.  Please check out our current and past events to see what OSDAC is up to.
